The
Black Pool is a recent addition to our waters, it
is an excellent mixed fishery particularly noted
for it’s stock of Tench and Bream. In character the
pool is similar to a section of canal some 200
yards long and has an average depth of between
three and four feet with a healthy growth of
natural weed and lilies.
The Black Pool
Access
to the Pool is via the Ukrainian Centre,
Weston-on-Trent. Security gates have been installed
at the entrance to the Centre for which members
must have a key. Keys are available from the
Secretary at a cost of £3 (please send sae) and are
specifically for the Ukrainian Centre gates.
